Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to AuraMind Quiz and related support services made available by GAME SIX INC. In these Terms, "App" means AuraMind Quiz and its associated content. By downloading, opening, or using the App, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Who May Use the App

The App is intended for a general audience. You are responsible for making sure that your use of AuraMind Quiz is permitted where you live and that you comply with any device, app store, or network requirements that apply to you. If you are using the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

2. Limited Permission

GAME SIX INC. grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to install and use the App for lawful, non-commercial enjoyment. This permission is subject to these Terms and does not give you ownership of the App, its software, or any creative content contained in it.

3. Rules for Use

You may use AuraMind Quiz only in a manner that respects other people, the App, and applicable law. In particular, you must not interfere with the App's operation, attempt to obtain unauthorized access, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, use unauthorized automation, or use the App to violate the rights of another person.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All rights in AuraMind Quiz, including its software, design, artwork, text, music, audio, names, logos, and interfaces, are owned by GAME SIX INC. or its licensors. Except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

5. Feedback and Communications

We welcome feedback about the App. If you send us a suggestion, idea, or comment, you understand that we may use it to evaluate or improve AuraMind Quiz without an obligation to compensate you. Support messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and should not include information that is unnecessary for us to respond.

6. Updates, Availability, and Compatibility

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or change features in AuraMind Quiz to maintain the App, improve the experience, address security issues, or meet legal and operational requirements. Availability and performance can depend on your device, operating system, app store, network connection, and region. We may release updates that are needed to keep the App working on supported devices.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how GAME SIX INC. handles information connected with AuraMind Quiz and support communications. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that Policy.

8. Service Conditions and Liability

AuraMind Quiz is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. To the maximum extent allowed by law, GAME SIX INC. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses connected with use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using AuraMind Quiz whenever you choose. We may suspend or end access to all or part of the App if doing so is reasonably necessary to protect users, protect the App, respond to a legal obligation, address a security concern, or enforce these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as AuraMind Quiz develops or when our legal or operational requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use of the App after revised Terms become available means that you accept them where permitted by law.
